Returns for made-to-order items
EllasGoods products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email mommylove1213@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
EU customers: Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, you may cancel before delivery or notify us within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Email mommylove1213@gmail.com with your order number to request a withdrawal. Our made-to-order return restriction does not override your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There is no cost to you for replacements or refunds on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
